adequate, but room for improvment

cold room climate control noise

breakfast was delivered directly to my room, and that i found convenient.

the room was too cold. when i adjusted the climate control, it made a lot of noise. i found this disappointing and hard to ignore .

lovely Experience

I spent three nights here and the views are amazing. The room was spacious, modern, clean and quiet. It was super. The staff was awesome I felt! I enjoyed a very good breakfast that was delivered to the room at the requested time.

The hotel offers drinks in the reception area. This allowed guests to enjoy hot chocolates in the evening. Breakfast is brought to the room and is ready at the requested time, which offers convenience. Plenty of transport links are available close by.

The rooms have a modern design and are very comfortable. I think they were beautiful! The bathroom includes a bath with views, it is spacious. The hotel is located on a top floor providing sublime views in all directions.

The location is walkable and has many transport links near by though i used a car. Many group tours offer pick ups from a location near the hotel. Parking is available in the area and also underground which is very useful.

The staff members are amicable and helpful, and they also offer assistance with any needs. The team delivered a superb continental breakfast to the room at the specified time, awesome. All the staff are very friendly and kind.

amazing views spacious suite breakfast delivery tricky tv insufficient drapes automatic lights

the views from the suite were just amazing. the suite was spacious (i stayed in a panoramic suite city view). breakfast was brought to the room each morning (what a treat!).

the tv was a little tricky to navigate (a minor thing really). the drapes in my room did not completely block out the light. the bathroom lights turned on automatically (it took me a minute to get used to it).

wow. what a stay!

beautiful breakfast comfortable beds

the breakfast brought right to our room was Very nice! it was prepared beautifully. the beds were also comfortable. i found the entire suite to be super clean.

the klima made some noise, that was it. but the rest was perfect!

The location was great and REYAVAIK town centre was in easy walking distance. bus stops are close by for excursions! airport transfers are quite accessible as well..
